Nutrition Coaching is designed to help you develop healthy, sustainable, eating habits that lead to overall health, wellbeing, & weight loss. Over 16 WEEKS, I educate, empower, and support my clients on their path toward their goals.
I don't believe new habits can be formed in 21 days, especially when eating habits have been formed over a lifetime. We live in a culture that feeds us quick fixes and we tend to drift towards those quick fixes. We eat out of necessity, right? We also stress eat, for celebration, during times of stress, and for many other emotional reasons.
