You have the freedom of choosing what food you eat in this country. That is an amazing gift and blessing that many are not afforded in other places around the world. But since we are bombarded with ultra-processed food that is quick and easy, we have to make a more conscious effort to choose protein over other foods because protein provides a higher level of nutrient satiety. This, in turn, helps us to eat fewer carbs and processed fats overall. So, ultimately the goal is to make small, sustainable, substitutions in a gradual fashion. Slowly, but surely, this will improve diet quality and lead to naturally eating fewer unwanted calories.

ENJOY YOUR FOOD

The key to change is that it is SUSTAINABLE. You want eating habits that you enjoy and that you can stick with for the rest of your life. So, maybe this means you eat another egg in place of the extra toast, or trade in pork sausage for turkey bacon. Any of these small swaps would be easy to implement and make a big difference over time in getting you to your goals. Every food you eat is either getting you closer to your goals or farther away. But YOU and only you have the power to make these choices every day!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
